About Marcelo and Bartolo

In our 15 years of experience in the import industry, we have always sought out unique products and materials to introduce to the U.S. market.

On our yearly trip to Europe and the Far East in 2006, we were fortunate to meet one of Europe’s top handbag designers, who inspired us to commission him to create a line of high-quality, affordable leather handbags. 

We named the handbags Marcelo and Bartolo, in honor of our Italian associates. Judging by the reaction to the line, we have succeeded in our quest to provide women of all ages with a perfect blend of style, functionality and price.
